When we begin each project, there is significant attention devoted to understanding your goals, style and needs. Regardless of the scale of the project, I’ll help you navigate the design process while respecting the budget parameters and honoring your ideas. It’s often a challenging but very fun process.

What We Offer

 

MOOD BOARD DESIGN

 

For those who have a general understanding on what they want but don't know how to make it come to life.

INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Four in-person meetings (initial consultation, present mood boards, final designs, final styling-if needed)

  • Communication (texts, emails, phone calls for discussing designs)

  • Make suggestions and answer questions Mood boards with two design options per room

  • Finalize down to one mood board which will include: source guide with links

  • Includes: 1 set of revisions

  • Styling furniture, decor and accessory placement-if needed

 

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

 

For those who need help with the process from start to finish.

INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Mood boards

  • Collaborating with architect and general contractor

  • On-site visits with updates

  • Floor plans & Elevations Spec Sheets

  • Renderings

  • Sourcing of furniture, lighting, appliances and decor, plus material list

  • Budget navigation

  • Purchasing

  • Styling

 

CONSULTATION ◦ À LA CARTE

 

For those who either don’t know where to begin, are stuck and need some guidance, or just need another helpful voice in their decision-making process. You may need help rearranging furniture, decor and accessories, or you may need some overall styling assistance. This is for you.

CAN INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • In-person meetings

  • Make quick suggestions and answer questions via text or email

  • Discuss short & long term goals

  • Discuss lifestyle

  • Discuss style preference

  • Renderings and/or sketches

How We Work

Phases

01.
INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our primary goal is to walk away with a full understanding of how to bring your dream space to life.

02.
PROPOSAL & CONTRACT

We submit a proposal, based on our initial consultation and some research. It will outline our estimated hours, timeline, and deliverables. We’ll walk through fee structure, policies, and terms of design as well.

03.
DESIGN, MOOD BOARD, SOURCE LIST

For mood boards and similar research efforts, the design process is very heads down, but we’ll maintain communication and will be proactive in getting questions answered along the way. Depending on budget and needs, several variations of mood boards may be required, and your feedback is crucial.

04.
FINAL DESIGN AND STYLING

The final design is optional but includes styling (in person or remote), further help and additional feedback as the design is implemented in your space.
